Polymath Training and Consultancy provides fun, engaging workshops in both adults and children’s social care. All of our trainers have both teaching and working experience within the care sector to ensure the training delivery is relevant to each client.

About the Course:

This course is designed to help provide the learner with an understanding of challenging behaviour and impact it can have. The learner will also gain knowledge of what could potentially cause challenging behaviour and how to de-escalate the situation in a non-physical manner.

Who need’s this qualification:

Any individual who works within the care sector including;

Any individual that interacts with individuals with dementia including;

  • Care Professionals
  • Domiciliary Care Workers
  • Residential Staff
  • Nursing/LD Care Home Staff
