Matt has extensive experience working within the Social Work & Care Sector as a Social Worker and Manager. Matt has assisted a number Local Authorities in the development of best practice social work, including ASYE and academy programmes. This also includes social work development and training. During inspection he assists services by ‘trouble-shooting’ and supporting social workers in their retention and development. Matt is the founded One Stop Social, which is a social work and care professionals hub and is involved in the reviewing of employer standards for social work in England with the LGA and is an associate of Social Work England.
