We work with young people, their families and the wider community to prevent child sexual exploitation.

Our Sexual exploitation service in Torbay works with young people and their families who have been affected by issues relating to sexual exploitation. We support everyone to understand their experiences and develop strategies to keep safe from harm.

We work closely with local schools to help them understand and be aware of exploitation. The project is targeted to each specific school’s needs, such as training staff, supporting teachers to develop their own sessions on the subject, and reviewing policies.

Our training with professionals and community members will make sure that the wider community understands and is able to recognise the signs of child sexual exploitation.
