We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to join a front line Duty and Assessment team within Cambridgeshire.
You will be working within a fast-paced environment, as the first point of contact from referral for vulnerable children, young people and their families.
Following referral, you will be responsible for establishing the service users level of need, and the appropriate assessment to be actioned. You will undertake assessments in conjunction with the service user, their parents or carers and other agencies, in order to determine the most appropriate action from this initial point.
You should hold relevant qualifications and a minimum of 2 years qualified experience along with at least 3 years referencing and current HCPC registration. We will complete enhanced DBS check.
The pay rate for this role is negotiable dependant upon experience. There is also an option for flexible working to be discussed at interview.
