The Integro Programme launches in Leeds at the delightful Hinsley Hall in June this year.

When: 23rd June to 25th June 2017

Where: Hinsley Hall, 62 Headingley Lane, Leeds, LS6 2BX

Open to all and at a special introductory rate of £250 which includes accommodation and meals, this three day residential event will provide the opportunity to wind down, recharge and return to work and home with fresh energy and enthusiasm.

The programme will include guided meditation, practical exercises and information about techniques for reducing tiredness and relieving stress.

Recent reports suggest that many of us are feeling ‘squashed’ by work and family expectations, information overload and the experienced need to keep pace with demands on our attention which seem to multiply daily. The event will explore ways of breathing, moving and communicating to minimise the effects of stress, anchor positive feelings and shed anxiety.

Participants will be encouraged to rediscover trust, find their voices and live in the moment.

Dr Phil Wheeliker of Intedev Clinical Hypnotherapy, Kristina Thordal and Bill Horrocks of Tina Training Initiatives will present and support people on the programme. They have developed this mind, body and spirit experience drawing on their work, over many years, enabling people to manage their thoughts and feelings, relationships and working lives.

Each participant will be provided with a ‘manual’ to remind them of the weekend and the tools and skills they have at their disposal for living more relaxed and fulfilling lives having completed the course.

It promises to be a full and engaging three days delivering recreation, renewal, refreshment, healing and fun.

About the team:
