A Message from Rob, Director of IDEM Living: It has been some time since our last newsletter and we want to keep in touch with you all on a more regular basis. It has been a busy few months with lots of good things happening across the group. We are about to open our next new supported living service and we are also looking for 2 new properties for Children’s Homes in the North and South West!

We have recently been awarded the Workplace Wellbeing Charter, well done to Lyndsey, Iain and all the teams, we are delighted!

IDEM Living is a person centred organisation for children, young people and adults. We want to ensure that we are able to positively influence the lives of those around us and offer a full and active life. We believe every person can learn and teach those around them and effect their own community.

IDEM Living was established to provide a warm and caring small home environment for young people, who have been taken into the care of their local authorities, as a result of being unable to live at home for a wide variety of reasons. IDEM’s philosophy is based on the principles of social inclusion, rights and responsibilities, choice and unconditional positive regard for the individual. It is our goal to promote self-esteem through recognition, achievement and praise.
